GreenMove aims to foster sustainable rural mobility in functional rural areas through the implementation of innovative technologies and participatory strategies and collaborations. The project acknowledges the effectiveness of traffic limitation policies, particularly Low Emission Zones, in curbing road congestion and reducing environmental pollution through rural transformation.
It will focus on exchange of ideas and dialogue with stakeholders, seminars and good practices, workshops and leverage information and communication technologies to enhance the acceptability of change in regards to the transformation in rural areas through sustainable development

Through strong collaboration with local communities, MTÜ Rabarada supports initiatives that promote responsible citizenship. To achieve its goals within the GreenMove project, MTÜ Rabarada organizes walking tours and educational programs for schools and businesses, initiates projects at local, national, and international levels, and actively seeks funding through Erasmus+ grants and national education funds. The municipality is home to a specialized internal Unit responsible for Environmental Protection, the Agenda 2030, the Green New Deal, Smart City initiatives, and innovation technology. This Unit works closely with the Public Works Unit, particularly in relation to sustainable mobility efforts. With extensive experience in environmental protection, Fano is actively engaged in tackling significant challenges such as reducing CO2 emissions. Through its involvement in the GreenMove project, the Municipality of Fano aims to further enhance its sustainable practices and strengthen its commitment to creating a greener, more resilient community.
The City of Livno serves as an administrative body and is the legal successor of the former Municipality of Livno, having attained city status on April 28, 2017, with the adoption of the Law on the City of Livno by the Parliament and the House of Peoples of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The city administration is structured into seven administrative units, each overseen by the mayor's assistants, along with a department for common affairs and the mayor's office, which are managed by the heads of departments. The City of Livno employs a diverse team of 98 professionals across its administration units, all under the leadership of the mayor. Through its participation in the GreenMove project, Livno aims to enhance its urban development initiatives, promote sustainability, and engage its community in environmentally responsible practices, contributing to a better quality of life for its residents.
BK-95 is an active NGO with over 30 years of experience, founded in 1996 to address various issues related to sports in Latvia. The association is dedicated to promoting the development of youth sports, advocating for sports accessibility for all, and enhancing the overall sports system in the country. Through a diverse array of promotional campaigns, BK-95 raises awareness of sports in Latvia via local projects and events. The organization conducts educational initiatives, including conferences, seminars, workshops, information days, debates, panel discussions, focus groups, and round tables, effectively engaging the community and fostering a culture of active living. As part of the GreenMove project, BK-95 aims to further its mission by integrating sustainable practices within sports and promoting environmental awareness among athletes and the broader community.
The Siġġiewi Local Council serves as the administrative body for the locality and is part of the Local Government Division in Malta. Its primary mission is to enhance the well-being of its residents by providing optimal services and managing the community's daily operations. Known as Città Ferdinand, Siġġiewi is a small town located on a plateau in the southwest of Malta, approximately 10 kilometres from Valletta, with a population of around 9,000, primarily composed of farmers engaged in the surrounding agricultural fields. Founded in the 14th century, Siġġiewi was granted city status on December 30, 1797, by Grandmaster Ferdinand von Hompesch, who named it "Città Ferdinand." As the third largest locality by surface area in Malta, Siġġiewi is committed to promoting sustainable practices within the community. Murska Sobota is the administrative center of the northernmost municipality in Slovenia, with a population of approximately 19,000 residents. This vibrant town connects with its 11 neighboring villages, including Bakovci, Černelavci, Krog, Kupšinci, Markišavci, Nemčavci, Polana, Pušča, Rakičan, Stahovci, and Veščica. First mentioned in historical records in 1366, Murska Sobota has long served as a hub for various administrative and judicial functions. Today, it stands as the focal point of the Pomurje region, bridging the Slovenian Pannonian space along both banks of the Mura River—linking the historical region of Prekmurje on the left bank with Styria and Prlekija on the right bank. Its status as a center is underscored by the presence of courts, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, cultural establishments, businesses, banks, and shopping malls. With substantial experience in managing EU projects, Murska Sobota is well-positioned to engage in the GreenMove project, aiming to promote sustainable development and enhance the well-being of its community while leveraging its rich cultural heritage.
Gotse Delchev Municipality is located in the Southwest Bulgaria in the valley of Mesta River. The municipality is a local government body as stated in art. 17 of LSGLAA. In accordance to this law, the organization is authorized to act independently on the following areas of local importance: municipal property, municipal enterprises, municipal finances, taxes, municipal administration; planning and development of the municipality and its settlements; education; health; culture; urbanization and communal activities; social services; environmental protection and rational use of natural resources; maintenance and preservation of cultural, historical and architectural monuments; development of sport, recreation and tourism.
